As a network of networks, ISHN does not intend to develop a lengthy list of services for individual School Health practitioners, regional and other networks or countries. However, there will be specific services that it will offer in partnership with other organizations or independently in order to secure a small financial base. These services are:

• School Health Insider Blog
  
  This blog will be offered in cooperation with other SH associations as a service for their respective members as well as a direct service from ISHN. The service, started in 2007, uses Web 2.0 technologies to save you valuable time by selecting relevant items for posting from professional journals, systematic reviews, web sites, other blogs and email lists, international agencies, and media from around the world.
  
  The wiki-based web site enables ISHN to gather items on specific timely topics (such as national policies or the link between school health and educational performance). It allows members to control the email sent from the wiki and to post content and commentary within the wiki.
  
  
  

Access to the School Health Insider is free and public until January 2009, after which you will need to be a member or associate of these partner organizations:

• American School Health Association
• Australian Health Promoting Schools Association
• Schools for Health Europe
